Our mission is to help members explore trusted travel options with clarity, care, and personal guidance. As an independent agency in the Avoya Travel Network, Paragon helps members compare travel opportunities, understand options, and plan with confidence.
Through Paragon Reserved Group Journeys, we also create opportunities for members to travel together on select dates, with connection before and after the trip and a shared sense of community around the experience.

Know Milena
Milena Smith is the founder of The Paragon Family Club and the founder, president, and program developer behind Wolverine Wonders Homeschool Co-Op, a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving homeschooling families. While Wolverine Wonders and The Paragon Family Club are separate entities, both reflect Milena’s passion for meaningful experiences, thoughtful structure, and learning through community.
Her work has always centered on one idea: meaningful experiences do not happen by accident. They require structure, creativity, careful planning, and the ability to adapt when people, schedules, and real life change.
Before entering travel, Milena built experience across education, research, banking, compliance, and nonprofit leadership. Through Wolverine Wonders, she developed and implemented consistent learning opportunities for homeschooling families, creating programs rooted in connection, curiosity, and hands-on exploration.
Paragon grew from that same belief: travel is one of the best ways to learn. Whether planning an individual trip, a family vacation, business travel, a cruise, or a reserved group journey, Milena brings the same care, organization, and purpose-driven approach to helping members explore the world.
