Booking support through trusted travel suppliers

We may assist with researching passports, visas, entry requirements, travel authorizations, minor travel documents, and international travel considerations.

We help you understand payment schedules, deadlines, cancellation terms, supplier policies, travel protection options, and important booking details.

Members receive priority access to Reserved Paragon group journeys before remaining space, if any, is opened to the public.

Members may receive access to applicable supplier group benefits, amenities, credits, private group opportunities, or complimentary-fare opportunities when available. These benefits vary by supplier, group size, departure, and supplier rules.

Eligible planning and booking support is included with the active membership. Members do not pay additional planning or booking fees directly to Paragon for eligible trips booked through us.

Membership travel planning applies to trips Paragon can reasonably research, quote, book, or support through our approved travel advisor channels, trusted suppliers, and travel partners.

 

This may include cruises, guided tours, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, air support when available, group travel, and Reserved Paragon Journeys.

 

It does not include travel already booked outside Paragon, bookings that must be managed directly by the traveler, points-only or rewards-only redemptions we cannot access, unsupported suppliers, unavailable travel, unsafe requests, or services Paragon is not authorized to provide.

Individual Membership coverage

 

The Individual Membership applies to the named member and travelers booked with that member on the same reservation through Paragon.

 

Household Membership coverage

The Household Membership applies to listed household members living at the same primary residential address and travelers booked with any covered household member on the same reservation through Paragon.

Membership includes Paragon planning and booking support. Travel costs themselves are not included. Airfare, hotels, cruises, tours, supplier deposits, taxes, government fees, passports, visas, travel insurance, excursions, gratuities, baggage fees, resort fees, change fees, cancellation penalties, and other supplier-imposed charges remain the traveler’s responsibility.

Memberships are one-time annual purchases valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They do not automatically renew. Future renewal opportunities, benefits, terms, and rates may vary.
